Cari Levy, MD, PhD, is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine who trained in internal medicine and is board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. She has practiced geriatrics and palliative medicine at the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center since 2006 where she also conducts health services research related to geriatric models of care and implementation of palliative care approaches. She is the National Director for Palliative and Hospice Medicine for the Veterans Health Administration. Dr. Levy also serves as Division Head of Geriatric Medicine and Director of the Center on Aging at the University of Colorado.
