Progress Tracking

One of the most important ways to make a healthcare intervention work for you is to track its progress. Tracking helps:

  • show what parts of the program are working—and what aren’t,
  • improve what’s not working, and
  • highlight, reward, and enhance what is working.

How Others Tracked Their Progress

See how other real-world programs applied the RE-AIM framework for tracking. Download a template with three examples that can be used for tracking.
