- Ms. Fehling is a Health Science Specialist with the Denver COIN. She serves as a program manager for the Denver COIN and the multi-site VA Collaborative Evaluation Center (VACE) where she supports the development of program evaluations and communication with VA operational partners. Ms. Fehling also works to increase Veteran engagement in VA research through the development of Veteran Engagement groups and leads the multi-site ORH funded Growing Rural Outreach through Veteran Engagement (GROVE) Center.
