Dr. Frost is a Health Systems Research and Development Fellow. She earned her PhD and MPH degrees from the Department of Health Systems and Population Health in the University of Washington School of Public Health. Her research primarily focuses on expanding access to and improving the quality of substance use treatment and harm reduction services.

She is particularly interested in the implementation of substance use-related care in primary care and various specialty care settings, as well as improving this care for patients with comorbid conditions. She has been conducting this work in the VA for several years and is excited to continue working in a learning healthcare system that is dedicated to translating research findings into improved care for the Veteran population.
