Implementation Phase
The second major phase in the Implementation Roadmap is Implementation: the deployment and integration of the evidence-based practice.
While it sounds straightforward, this phase often requires additional adaptations. These adaptations will be informed by your progress evaluation and feedback from your various implementing partners.
The Implementation Phase focuses on the following topic:
Progress Tracking
Here we describe the importance of tracking the status of the project through all phases of the implementation and provide examples of how it can be done. Jump to Progress Tracking.
Iterative RE-AIM
You will learn how to use group engagement, reflection, and discussion to identify one to two key RE-AIM dimensions on which to focus and set specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely (SMART) goals and an action plan. Jump to Iterative RE-AIM.
Making Adjustments
After you learn the fundamentals of progress tracking: that is, how to regularly review data on how the implementation is going so you can make any needed adjustments. Jump to Making Adaptations
